KV Lumding Recruitment 2024: Kendriya Vidyalaya (KV) Lumding has recently invited an employment notification regarding the recruitment of Various 23 Teaching & Non-Teaching Vacancy on Contractual Basis to prepare a panel of Part Time Contractual Teachers for the session 2024 -25. I) Name of Post: Post Graduate Teacher (PGT)

Subject: English, Hindi, Maths, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Computer Science, Economics, Commerce

II) Name of Post: Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT)

Subject: Sanskrit, English, Hindi, Social Science, Maths, Science

III) Name of Post: Primary Teacher (PRT), Balvatika-III Teacher,Computer Instructor,

IV) Name of Post: Vocational Instructor

Subject: Games Instructor/Coach, Dance Exper

V) Name of Post: Counselor, Spoken English , Nurse, Doctor, Special Educator

I) PGT (All Subject): Master’s Degree or equivalent in the concerned Subject with at least 50% marks and B.Ed (Relaxation sought in B. Ed)

Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree with at least 50% marks in the concerned subjects/combination of subjects and in aggregate.

The electives subjects and Languages in the combination of subjects as under:

(a) TGT (Sanskrit, English, Hindi): Having respective subjects as a subject in all the three years of Degree Course.

(b) TGT (Social Science): Having any two of the following: History, Geography, Economics and Pol. Science of which one must be either History or Geography.

(c) TGT (Maths): Degree in Maths with any two of the following subjects: Physics,

Chemistry, Electronics, Computer Science and Statistics.

(d) TGT (Science): Bachelor’s Degree in Botany, Zoology and Chemistry.

Pass in the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET), conducted by CBSE in accordance with the Guidelines framed by the NCTE for the purpose or B. Ed. (Relaxation sought in CTET and B.Ed). Proficiency in teaching Hindi and English medium.

III) Primary Teachers (PRT): Senior Secondary School Certificate with 50% marks or Intermediate with 50% marks or its equivalent & Pass in the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET Primary) conducted by the CBSE in accordance with the Guidelines framed by the NCTE for the purpose or JBT/ B.El.Ed/ D.El.Ed. (Relaxation sought in CTET and JBT/ B.El.Ed/ D.El.Ed). Competence to teach through Hindi & English medium

IV) Balvatika-III Teacher: Senior Secondary Class (Class XII or its equivalent) from a recognized Board with at least 50% marks AND Diploma in nursery teacher education / Pre-school Education / Early Childhood Education Program (D.E.C.Ed.) of duration of not less than two years or B.Ed.(Nursery) from NCTE recognized institutions

V) Computer Instructor: B.E/B.Tech (computer science)/BCA/MCA or post Graduate Degree in any subject with post graduate diploma in computer application/DOEACC ‘A’ level / ‘O’ level from Govt. recognized institution or equivalent qualification.

Games Instructor/Coach: B.P.Ed./Senior National Certificate holder/Coaching diploma or Equivalent and experience in the respective field.

Dance Expert: Bachelor degree in Dance or equivalent and experience in the respective field.

VII) Counselor: BA/B.Sc in Psychology and one year Diploma in Counseling.

Desirable: Minimum one year experience in providing career/educational counseling to students at schools or experience/ knowledge of working in placement bureaus or registration with rehabilitation council of India as vocational counselor.

VIII) Spoken English: Bachelor’s Degree with English as one of the subject from recognized university AND A certificate of Degree/Diploma in spoken English covering course program of not less than six month duration.

IX) Nurse: Diploma/Degree in Nursing and should have Basic Life Support (BLS) course at least once in two years.

X) Doctor: MBBS, Registered with Medical Council of India and should have Basic Life Support (BLS) course at least once in two years -duty hours 10AM to 12 Noon (2 Hours per day )

XI) Special Educator: Qualification as prescribed by Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI) for special educator.

Desirable for All Posts: Knowledge of Computer Applications and proficiency to teach in English and Hindi.

The interview will be on conducted on 18th February, 2024 (Sunday) from 8.00 am onwards at Kendriya Vidyalaya Lumding.
